Sources close to the team indicate that Verstappen’s absence is linked to an unexpected health concern, though officials have not disclosed full details. A brief statement from Red Bull confirmed that the Dutch driver will sit out the race weekend as a precautionary measure, emphasizing that his long-term fitness remains the top priority.

“Max will not participate in the Miami Grand Prix. While this is disappointing for the team and fans, we are fully focused on ensuring he returns to full strength as soon as possible,” the team said.
