SYSTEM OF A DOWN to Headline Historic 3-Night Festival Featuring Entire Discography Live
In a monumental announcement that has electrified the rock and metal world, System of a Down has revealed plans for a once-in-a-lifetime 3-night festival titled Echoes of the System, where they will perform their entire discography live — from their 1998 debut album through their 2025 release Awaken.
Set to take place at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado this September, the event marks the first time SOAD will perform every song from their studio albums across multiple nights. Each night will focus on a different era:
Night 1: System of a Down and Toxicity
Night 2: Steal This Album! and Mezmerize
Night 3: Hypnotize and Awaken (with guest appearances and rare B-sides)
Frontman Serj Tankian described the event as “a celebration of everything we’ve built, challenged, and survived as a band. It’s for the fans who never stopped believing.”
The band also announced that the performances will be professionally filmed for a feature-length documentary and live album titled The System Lives, to be released in early 2026. Exclusive merchandise, behind-the-scenes access, and immersive AR experiences will be available for attendees and livestream audiences worldwide.
Tickets sold out within hours of the presale, prompting talks of adding more cities with a similar multi-night format. Fans are already dubbing the event “SOAD’s own Woodstock,” uniting generations of followers in a full-sensory tribute to the band’s legacy.
For fans who’ve waited years for a moment this epic, Echoes of the System isn’t just a concert — it’s a historic chapter in rock history.
