Arctic Monkeys Reveal Massive 2025 Tour Following Festival Appearances
June 1, 2025 — Sheffield, UK — British rock giants Arctic Monkeys have officially announced a massive 2025 tour, sending fans into a frenzy after teasing live performances during their summer festival appearances. The tour will see the band headline arenas and stadiums across the UK, Europe, North America, and select cities in Asia and South America.
The announcement comes just weeks after the band’s electrifying set at Glastonbury, where they closed the Pyramid Stage to a crowd of over 100,000 fans. The performance was widely praised and sparked speculation that a full tour was imminent. Today’s news confirms those rumors and marks the band’s most extensive tour since 2023.
Kicking off in Manchester on September 10, 2025, the tour will span over 40 dates, concluding in São Paulo, Brazil on December 20. Highlights include back-to-back nights at London’s O2 Arena, Madison Square Garden in New York, Accor Arena in Paris, and the band’s hometown show in Sheffield at Utilita Arena.
“After an incredible festival season, we felt it was time to take it further,” said frontman Alex Turner in a statement. “The energy has been unreal, and we’re excited to bring that to fans everywhere.”
Fans can expect a setlist packed with classics like Do I Wanna Know?, I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor, and R U Mine?, alongside deep cuts and tracks from their latest album, The Car. The 2022 record saw the band continue to evolve their sound, blending lounge rock and cinematic arrangements with their signature edge.
Tickets go on sale Friday, June 7 at 10 a.m. local time, with presales beginning earlier in the week via the band’s official website. VIP packages and exclusive merchandise will also be available.
This tour is expected to solidify Arctic Monkeys’ status as one of the UK’s most enduring and innovative rock bands. Since forming in Sheffield in 2002, the band has released seven studio albums, won seven Brit Awards, and been nominated for multiple Grammys.
Critics and fans alike are already calling the 2025 tour one of the most anticipated of the year. With demand expected to be sky-high, fans are advised to secure tickets early to avoid disappointment.
