The disgraceful scenes unfolded midway through a grassroots league match on Sunday, when a heated disagreement on the sidelines spiraled out of control. Witnesses say the argument began over a contentious refereeing decision before escalating into a full-blown physical confrontation.
In footage shared widely on social media, the pair can be seen shoving each other before trading blows on the pitch — all while stunned children looked on. In a moment that has sparked nationwide outrage, several young players reportedly stepped in to try to separate the adults, with coaches rushing over seconds later to restore order.
