Richard Marx Announces First-Ever Duets Album Featuring Music Legends and Rising Stars
Fans of Richard Marx have reason to celebrate again, as the multi-platinum artist has announced a groundbreaking project: his first-ever duets album, titled Timeless Voices, set for release in December 2025. This all-star collection will feature Marx singing alongside some of the biggest names in music—both legendary icons and today’s chart-toppers.
Timeless Voices includes collaborations with powerhouse vocalists such as Barbra Streisand, Shania Twain, Michael Bublé, and Celine Dion. In an exciting move that bridges generations, Marx has also teamed up with emerging talents like Noah Kahan, Olivia Rodrigo, and Lauren Spencer Smith. Each duet has been carefully selected to reflect a shared emotional resonance, offering reimagined classics and brand-new original songs.
“This is the most joyful and creatively fulfilling project of my career,” Marx said in a press release. “Every voice on this record brings a unique soul to the music. We’re blending decades of style, emotion, and storytelling in a way that honors where I’ve been—and where music is going.”
In addition to the album, a documentary chronicling the making of Timeless Voices will premiere on Netflix in early 2026. The behind-the-scenes film will capture the writing sessions, candid studio moments, and personal conversations between Marx and his collaborators.
The first single, a stirring rendition of “Right Here Waiting” re-recorded as a duet with Adele, will be released in September 2025 and is already being touted as a potential Grammy contender.
With the announcement of Timeless Voices, Richard Marx once again proves that his passion for music and his ability to connect across generations remain as strong as ever. For fans old and new, this album promises to be a celebration of harmony—both musical
and human.
